Run every site. Not just this job.
The product is one board for every site: stages, jobs and who's on what. Job templates, site notices and ratings all come with it, as bonuses, not separate things to buy.
We're onboarding a limited number of builders a month while we get this right.
The site is the product
Every site is laid out in stages, each stage full of jobs, each job handed to a trade with the price agreed up front. Progress, photos and sign-off land on the job itself, not in your texts.
- Build board
- Stages left to right, jobs inside them, and links for the jobs that can't start until another is done.
- Job offers
- Offer a job to a business with a price and how it's charged. They accept, counter or pass.
- The jobs board
- Post the jobs you don't have a trade for. Approved businesses bid, you pick.
- Sign-off and payment
- Inspect finished work, sign it off or send it back, and record when it's paid.
Everything else comes with it
None of this is sold separately. It's what you get once the site is organised.
Job templates
Start a job from a step list (measure, rough-in, fit-off) instead of writing it out every time.
Site notices
Skip bin moving Thursday, power off Tuesday. One notice reaches every trade on the site.
Ratings both ways
Rate each trade on time and quality after a paid job, and see how trades rate you before they take your jobs.
The jobs board
Post the jobs you don't have a trade for yet. Approved businesses bid, you pick.
Shared schedule
Trades on a site can see its dates so they plan around each other — switch it off for any project.
Photos and sign-off
Trades tick off steps and add photos. You inspect and sign off, or send it back with a note.
Who this is for
We want builders running real sites with licensed trades, not a way around hiring properly. That keeps the jobs board worth bidding on for the trades using it too.
- An ABN.
- A licence to build, where your projects need one.
Trades rate you back on every paid job, the same way you rate them. A run of fair dealing and paying on time is what keeps good trades bidding on your work.
Plans and pricing
Priced around how many sites you run and how big your team is, agreed in the free business review. Every plan is a tax-deductible business expense and comes with a 90 day, 100% money-back guarantee. Founder pricing locks your price in for good.

Reasons to buy
- Run every site from one board, not a whiteboard and a group chat.
- Founder pricing on whichever plan fits, locked in for good.
- Agree the price before anyone starts, every time — in writing, on the job.
- See how a trade's rated before you hand them your next job.
- Stop driving to site just to see if the plumber's actually finished.
Reasons not to
- You don't hold a licence or an ABN where the build needs one.
- You're chasing trades for a single small job, not coordinating a site — the jobs board alone might be all you need.
- We're still building. Some builder-specific tools may not exist yet, and founder pricing only covers what's on your plan today, not everything added later.
- We're onboarding a limited number of builders a month while we get this right.

Do my trades need to already be on Handy?
What if it doesn't suit how I run a site?
How long does it take to get set up?
Do I need to migrate every site I'm running?
